Welcome to the Spring Edition of the Be Well Bulletin! While we can hardly believe the year is going by so quickly, [2019_PLAN_FULL] is excited to celebrate another season with you.

Be active: Whether or not the weather cooperates, you can keep moving to keep your joints and muscles working for you. We’ve included a few new moves you can easily do – rain or shine.

Be informed: Many people qualify for special prescription drug savings, but don’t know it. Inside you’ll find information about these programs.

Be yourself: Share your stories or feedback on the newsletter with us. We will review the testimonials and stories and print a selection of them in the next Be Well Bulletin. This is a great way to have your voice heard and help shape future issues of the Be Well Bulletin.
